Housing Corporation during this year (2005 - 2006) ended with a net profit of Rs. 107.88 lakhs.
The Company has declared dividend of Rs. 40% on a paid up Share
Capital of Rs. 100.00 lakhs. In the last eight years, the company has paid a total of Rs. 244.70 lakhs as dividend
against Rs. 100.00 lakhs Share Capital.
ISO 9001 : 2000 CERTIFICATION FOR TNPHC LTD.:
The Corporation obtained ISO 9001-2000 certification on 12.12.03 issued by BVQI one of the ISO certificate issuing authority for its Quality Management System. The BVQI has conducted surveillance audit for three half years sofar and issued ‘NIL’ comments. The surveillance audit was conducted on 8/6/2005. The corporation maintains the requirements of standards of ISO 9001 : 2000.
COMPUTERISATION
The Corporate Office & Division Offices of TNPHC Ltd. are connected through a customized integrated software network using the appropriate state of art technologies.
