COMPANY'S ACHIEVEMENT

The activities of Tamilnadu Police Housing Corporation during this year  (2007 - 2008) ended with a net profit of Rs. 167.00 lakhs. The Company has declared dividend of Rs. 50% on a paid up Share Capital of Rs. 100.00 lakhs.

ISO 9001 : 2000 CERTIFICATION FOR TNPHC LTD.:

The Corporation obtained ISO 9001-2000 certification on 12.12.03 issued by BVQI one of the ISO certificate issuing authority for its Quality Management System. On expiry of three years this certification of ISO 9001:2000 was renewed recently by M/s. Bureau Veritas Certification India Ltd. with effect from 12-12-06 for a further period of 3 years.
