1.

MPF Scheme Works :

The Government have entrusted TNPHC various works under MPF 2014 – 15 schemes for a total value of   8849.00 lakhs and all the work are completed.

2.

Special Repairs 2019 -20:

During the year 2018-19, special repairs to the police quarters / buildings to the tune of     24.00 Crores have been carried out by the Corporation.

3.

Installation of Solar power Supply in 500 Police Station
The Government have accorded administrative and financial sanction for the Installation of Solar power Supply in 100 Police Stations under Phase I, 100 Police Stations under Phase II vide G.O.Ms.No. 554 Home Police X Department Dt: 27.07.2015 & Phase III vide G.O.Ms. No. 2349 Home (Pol X) Department, dtd: 28.11.2018.for a total value of  1089.00 lakhs  and the works are completed in all respects & Ph IV 100 Police Stations under for the year of 2019 -20  for a total value of  363.00 lakhs and works are under different stages

Residential School at Melakottaiyur in Kancheepuram District
The Government have accorded administrative sanction for a value of  24.93 crore vide G.O.Ms. No. 944 Home Police IX Dept, Dt: 27.12.2017 and the work is under progress.

New building for Administrative building, Bell of Arms and 3 Nos of Barracks for TN Special Police XII Battalion Now at Ramanathapuram District
The Government have accorded administrative sanction for a value of   34.03 crore vide G.O.Ms.No. 2345 Home Police X Department, Dt: 27.11.2018  and the work is under progress.

Tamil Nadu Disaster Response Force at Avadi (TSP XIII Battalion)

The Government have accorded administrative sanction for a value of   27.02 crore vide G.O.Ms. No.2118 Home(Pol X ) Dept Dated:25.10.2018and the work is under progress.

7.

Establishment of State Emergency Response Centre (SERC) Phase II – Setting up Infrastructure for Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) (Building).

The Government have accorded sanction for Construction of building with minimum 6,000 sq.ft. utility area and other infrastructure development works for Establishment of State Emergency Response Centre (SERC) Phase II for setting up Infrastructure for Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) (Building) at old COP Office campus Egmore in Chennai City vide G.O. (MS). No. 6 Home (Modern) Department, Dt: 4.1.19 for a value of  360.00 lakhs and the works are in progress.

Tamil Nadu Textbook and Educational Services Corporation
Impressed by the quality of execution by the T.N. Police Housing Corporation, the other departments have also come forward and entrusted their important schemes to the T.N. Police Housing Corporation. Of this, the TNPHC has taken up the work of Improvements to structural stability and Renovation of building Elevation for Tamil Nadu Text book and Educational services corporation in E.V.R Sampath Maaligai, DPI Campus at Nungambakkam in Chennai city  for a value of   8.06 crore. and the work are completed.

9.

Construction of new District Police Office building for newly formed Districts viz  Ranipet, Thiruppathur, Kallakurichi, Chengalpet and Tenkasi.

The Government have accorded administrative sanction for a value of   60.158 crores vide G.O.Ms.No.475 Home Police X Department, Dt: 02.12.2020  and the work are under progress.
